Mercies of God...

Mercies of God rain down on me
Help in the midst of storms to see
To see what is lovely and good
Faithful, blessing, and true
I pray this day would be a day I live

Live for the bliss of knowing Christ
I know nothing else that I should do
Except cry out to the Creator of all things new
My heart is so big, so stretched, ready to burst
I ask the Lord to quench my thirst
A thirst determined to know the holiness of God
And to seek the pleasure of the King
Oh God, may your mercies rain down on me.
